Veloraco ships from the UK. We currently deliver within the UK and to a range of international destinations — including much of Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, and more — with exact availability shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 3–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order volume. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers generally have 14 days after receiving their order to notify Veloraco that they wish to cancel or return an eligible item, in line with UK consumer law. This is subject to applicable exclusions and does not affect your other statutory rights.
